Wednesday - chicken purple cabbage pasta
Ingredients: macaroni, chicken breast, butter, olive oil, bruised ginger, white wine, chicken soup, red cabbage, tomato, spinach, salt.
1.Cut chicken breast into pieces, soak with black pepper and salt.
2.Pour olive oil and fry chicken.
3. Add small butter into pan and place bruised ginger, then pour white wine.
4.Pour chicken soup and boil with soft fire.
5.Add proper amount of salt and black pepper.
6.Place boiled macaroni and vegetables into pan and fry.
Thursday - cucurbita pepo baked whole-wheat bread
Ingredients: egg, milk, salt, pumpkin, broccoli, cheese, whole-wheat bread, celery, cucurbita pepo
1.Pour milk, salt and egg into bowl and blend even. Place minced bread.
2.Place broccoli, cucurbita pepo, pumpkin and cheese into blender.
3.Pour into a bowl and add some celeryleaves.
4.Place all ingredients into 350 oven for 15 minutes.
Friday - fried vegetables with chicken drumsticks
Ingrediets: chicken drumsticks, chicken breast, salt, black pepper, cooking wine, lemon, lemon juice, red cabbage
1.Pickle chicken drumsticks with black pepper and cooking wine and squeeze some lemon juice.
2.Place lemon and drumsticks on gridiron.
3.Place red cabbages on gridiron and sprinkle some salt.
